Privacy notice
This notice describes the information The Middle Property collects when you send a rental requirement or register as a co-agent, and who can see it.
What we collect
- · Your name, and the contact details you choose: email, phone number, or your WhatsApp / LINE / WeChat / Telegram identifier.
- · Country of residence, nationality (optional), the language you prefer replies in, and your time zone.
- · Your requirement: destination city and province in Thailand, areas of interest, move-in date or flexibility, monthly budget in Thai baht, bedrooms, number of occupants, and any notes you add.
- · The fixed 12-month lease length that every requirement on this site uses.
- · Your consent record: that you agreed to be contacted, whether you opted into marketing messages, the consent wording version, the language you read it in, and the time it was recorded.
- · For co-agents: your name, optional company, country, contact email and channel, languages, time zone, and your confirmation that your client permitted you to share their details.
Why we use it
- · To reply to you about a 12-month rental in Thailand and to confirm availability before a viewing.
- · To match your requirement with suitable units and to arrange viewings.
- · To keep a record of consent and of the internal steps taken on your enquiry.
- · Marketing messages are only sent if you separately opted in.
Who can see it
- · The internal team of The Middle Property, who handle enquiries and record internal notes.
- · If a co-agent referred you, that co-agent can see only the requirements they submitted and the status updates the team explicitly shares with them. Internal notes are never shown to co-agents.
- · Co-agents cannot see other co-agents' referrals, and requirements are never published publicly.
Keeping and removing your information
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to serve you and to keep a record of consent. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information using the contact details below.
