Who can join as a co-agent?
Independent agents, teams and agents from any agency or country are welcome to register. Today's service is for clients seeking 12-month rentals in Thailand, regardless of where the referring partner is based.
What is free, and what is agreed separately?
Creating an account, registering as a co-agent and submitting rental requirements are free. Our aim is a fair, low success fee agreed for each deal. Any fees, remuneration and commercial terms must be confirmed separately with the team; registration does not promise a payment or a completed deal.
Do I have to wait for approval to refer a client?
After completing your co-agent profile, you can submit referrals while your status is pending review. Submission does not mean the profile or requirement has been approved. Suspended or rejected accounts cannot send new referrals.
Will other partners see my client's contact details?
Partners see their own referrals, not other partners' client lists. Get your client's permission before sharing their details with The Middle Property. Joining is not permission to publish those details to the network.
Can I upload properties or offer rentals outside Thailand?
Not through the current referral flow. It accepts requirements for 12-month rentals in Thailand. Private property contributions and a fuller matching workflow are part of our direction, not services available on this page today.
