Welcome coagents from around the world
Keep registration and client requirement submissions free. Our aim is for one coagent account to contribute both client needs and property information, without having to choose just one side.
Put information quality before volume
Prioritise clear sources, permission to represent a property, complete details and current availability. Information that has not been confirmed should be identified before someone relies on it.
Bring people and opportunities together
Make our team a helpful point of coordination: reviewing information, proposing suitable matches and supporting the next steps, guided by real customer needs and careful follow-through.
Respect privacy and relationships
Share private contact details only with permission and within the agreed scope. Joining the network does not make a client’s information available to every coagent.
Make collaboration fair
Aim for a very low, fair success fee appropriate to the work, with terms agreed for each deal before any commitment. Everyone should understand their role and what they will receive.

We are working toward a connected process for private property contributions, team-facilitated matching and deal follow-up. These capabilities are part of our direction; the complete workflow is not yet available.
